The RVG 6200 is a prescription medical device. We sell it only to licensed dentists, dental practices, dental schools and other licensed practitioners in the United States, or to buyers acting on their order. We may ask for a state license number or practice details before shipping. Our professional-use notice explains why.

This listing is for the Size 2 sensor. Its 26.6 × 35.5 mm active area captures more anatomy per exposure than Size 1, which many practices prefer for bitewings and adult periapicals. Overall dimensions are 32.2 × 44.2 mm with a 7.3 mm thick sensor plate. If you're unsure whether it suits your patients, call us and we'll talk it through.

Works with CS Imaging software from Carestream Dental on a Windows PC. If you don't already run CS Imaging, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what you'll need.

The sensor works with standard intraoral X-ray generators, using short exposure times. You'll set exposure values on your generator to suit the sensor; the manufacturer's user guide lists recommended settings. Tell us your generator model if you'd like us to check before you order.

Yes. We sell genuine Carestream Dental RVG 6200 sensors only. Condition: New. The sensor's serial number is listed on your invoice so you can register and track it.

Every sensor we sell is covered by our own 12-month seller warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Full terms, including what's not covered, are on our warranty page.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days after that by UPS or FedEx. Shipping within all 50 US states is free, fully insured, and requires a signature. See the shipping policy.

Yes. Unused sensors in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Defective or incorrect items can be returned at no cost to you. Details are in our returns and refunds policy.

Always use a new disposable hygienic sheath for every patient, and wipe the sensor and cable between patients with a disinfectant approved in the manufacturer's user guide. Never autoclave, heat-sterilize or soak the sensor in solutions the guide doesn't list.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where we are required to collect it. Tax-exempt organizations can contact us with their exemption certificate before ordering.
